Once a vendor has been authorized to be a service provider for our customers, they dedicate specific technicians to our account. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and consistency of service. 

You Pay Us

Once your service request has been completed to your satisfaction, you will sign for the work performed with the vendor, and Nestive will deduct the payment with your choice of payment method on file.

We only use one vendor for each service offering; therefore, the vendors are getting unparalleled access to a dedicated and loyal customer base. 

Our vendors are  highly motivated to make sure that our customers receive the best service possible because if you, our customers, are not satisfied, then they could lose an entire customer base at one time. 

Vetting Process

How much do you really trust review sites like Yelp or Angie's List? Did you know vendors can pay to move up the rankings on certain sites?

As a Nestive customer, you can rest assured that our vendors have gone through an extremely thorough vetting process before they can start serving you. Our 10 step authorization process includes:

  • 10 years in business for mechanical related trades
  • We do a week long shadow of their technicians
  • We do annual service training with our vendors and their technicians
  • In depth interview of owner and technicians regarding trade knowledge
  • $1,000,000 in general liability insurance
  • Workers Compensation
  • We review their insurance loss history over the last 5 years
  • We review their policies to make sure they have the appropriate coverage
  • Technicians are bonded
  • We compare their pricing to their peers
